Savoie's House Catering Policies

A guaranteed number of guests must be received at Savoie's no less than 10 days prior to the event. This number will be a confirmed guarantee that may not be reduced after that day. In the event
your guests do not attend, you will still be charged for your confirmed number of guests.
Although, if additional guests arrive, there will be an additional charge. If no guarantee is
received, Savoie's will prepare and charge for the number of people estimated on the function
sheet.
All catering functions are subject to and applicable state and local taxes.
A deposit is required for all catering functions unless prior credit/payment arrangements
have been established with Savoie's. All deposits are non-refundable and will be applied
to your final bill.
Payment in full is required in advance for all catering functions unless prior credit
arrangements have been established with Savoie's.
Final menu selection should be submitted at least 10 days prior to the function to ensure
the availability of the desired menu items.
No food or beverage of any kind will be allowed to be brought into any banquet/meeting
room by any guest. Wedding and special occasion cakes may be brought in for an additional
charge of .50 cents per person.
Function guests will be admitted to the banquet room and expected to depart at the times
stated on the catering contract. If the host decides they would like to extend the party, with
prior approval of Savoie's, there will be an additional $100 per hour added to the final bill.
Savoie's is not responsible for damage to or loss of any items left at Savoie's prior to or
following any function. Savoie's makes no warranties or representations to the customer
other than those printed hereon. By authorized signature of the catering house policies,
guests shall indemnify and hold Savoie's harmless from any and all claims, suit, losses and
damages. Savoie's is not responsible for loss or damage to automobiles or their content
while parked on Savoie's property.
Savoie's reserves the right to move a function to another meeting/banquet room other than
those that appear on the catering contract without prior notification.
The customer is responsible and shall reimburse Savoie's for any damage, loss or liability
incurred by Savoie's by any of the customer's guests or any persons or organizations
contracted by the customer to provide any service or goods before, during or after the function.
Decorations may be brought into the facility but Savoie's does not permit affixing any item
to the walls, ceilings or furniture. Glitter or confetti is not to be used inside or outside. If
glitter or confetti is used, a clean-up fee will be assessed to the final bill. The use of any
nails, pins, tacks. or tape is specifically forbidden. Any damage incurred will be the
responsibility of the host.
No rice, birdseed or confetti will be allowed inside or outside the facility. Savoie's is a
NON-SMOKING facility. Ashtrays are provided for guests to smoke on the patio
and the front porch area. If any guest violates this policy, they will immediately be asked
to leave as well as jeopardize forfeiting the hosts' deposit.
All prices are subject to change with notification when possible.
The primary contact (whose signature appears on the contract) is the only person authorized
to make any changes to the guarantee, menu details or set up arrangements.
